I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this flush lever. Our 42-006 is our closest match, and has a 7" long body, but I can't guarantee it will work for your door. See the diagram below. You could always give this a shot, and if by chance it doesn't work, return it via our Return Policy here. Otherwise your best bet may be to contact a locksmith to see if they can find a solution for you.
