Thanks for writing in! There is a good chance we can supply you with the replacement balances needed to repair your windows. Although, to be absolutely sure I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom plastic attachments from the balance. The stamp provided only indicates the weight range the balance can carry to support the sash. Unfortunately, it does not help to identify the exact series needed.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Unfortunately we do not have a good picture of the tips of the balnaces. Are there too many options to order them all?

Yes, there are far too many. You'll be able to narrow down the choices between non-tilt and tilt window balances as well as their channel size (1/2" vs. 3/8"), however our website also does not display a good majority of the custom made assemblies we supply.

Our selection of pre-assembled can be viewed here.

Additional pictures are attahed, hopefully they will identify the required part.
Thank you

Thanks for the photos! They help a great deal. Your channel balance appears to be the S770-26 with a 26A stamp option.

Your pivot shoe appears similar in design to our 15-129. To confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll need to remove the shoe and compare the dimensions below.
