We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see the pivot shoe that your pivot bar engages with to determine if we carry a part that would be compatible. Please also include written-out dimensions of your original pivot bar, including the height and width of the T-shaped end, as well as the backset of the installation holes. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177 shown below, which is not generally used with the type of pivot bar shown in your original photo. It's possible that someone may have replaced it with a different type at one point. It looks like our closest replacement options for the part shown in your photos would be the 26-378, 26-452, or 26-241. I can't guarantee that one of these would work but you are welcome to look over the dimensions shown on our product pages compare to yours.
