Thanks for posting. I see you ordered the 39-147. To return this operator, see our Return Policy here. I believe you instead need the 39-264; just make sure the dimensions listed below match what you have. For a cover and handle that work with this operator, see the 39-267 and 39-152. Finally, if your window was built between 1995 and 1998, you will need the 39-362 Adapter Plate to install this operator. Let me know if you have further questions.
