Question

Sorry for the long delay, my customer was ill and I was unable to return until yesterday. I believe that some of these balencers will need to be customized. These are replacement balencers for Weathershield double hung tilt windows.

I need 12 - 27"x 9/16"x9/16" balencers with blue knief shoes. The stamped number on them is 26TG, the sashes weigh 25 lbs.

I also need 4- 29"x9/16"x9/16" ribbed balencers with black knief shoes, the stamped number on the balance is 28HD, the sashes weigh 20 lbs.I'm attaching photos, please contact me with any questions. David

It sounds like you need our S751-27 with the 26TG stamp option and 15-233 shoe attached. I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for 12 of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

As for the 29" balance, see our S751-29 which comes attached with the 15-014 shoe by default. This balance is a stock item so you can add this to your cart separately. For this window, have you ever had trouble with opening or closing it? I ask because you say your sash weighs 20 pounds but the 28HD stamp is for a sash weighing 22 to 28 lbs, which would be too strong. You may want to triple check the sash weight just to be sure. If it's still weighing in as 20 lbs, I recommend the 28R stamp option for a sash that weighs 15 to 22 lbs.
