This appears to be a 24" channel balance, with a 19-005 Top attached. The bottom fitting depends on its depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the picture below for reference. If the shoe is 1" deep, then you need an S380-24. But if the shoe is less than that, at 7/8", you need balances with a 15-029 shoe attached. This is not a stock issue item for us but we provide it for you via custom order. Just let me know if that's the case and I can prepare a quote for you ASAP.
