I have a 2-point Double Hook Sliding Door Lock that is broken at one of the hooks.

The mechanism is 10

Thanks for posting. I would start with our 82-239 mortise lock, this may be a good match. I would just confirm that the dimensions are the same by comparing our measurements to yours.
