Hey just not sure which shoe this is or if the length should be 24 or 24

Hello there. I believe the metal channel, not including the fittings on both ends, is 24" long. If so this looks like either an S380-24 or S385-24 . The only difference between these two balances is the bottom nylon shoe depth. The diagram below shows how to measure this. Compare both with your old balance to see what matches best. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2340.
