25 inch replacement tilt window lifts

Question

Looking to replace the lifts in this Kinco tilt window. There is a stamping of 2450 on it. It's 25 inches long.There is one on your site that looks like it but mine has a hook it the bottom.

The configuration shown here isn't something we have a stock option for but we can still help via custom order. We'll use the S770-25 but swap the terminal clip with the 62-105 hook. However, your stamp doesn't match any of the S770 options so we will need you to weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight.
