Hello,
We're trying to find replacements for a few of these channel balances. The marking says 26 4 CALDWELL LL, the length is 27inches, depth and width are 5/8".

Hi Tatiana,

I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for your channel balance but I'll need to see just one more detail to confirm the correct replacement. May I please see a photo of the of the pulley system in the center of the balance where the spring and the string meet?

Once I have this photo, I'll be able to determine the replacement you need.

Great, thank you! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
