We'd be happy to help, but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory. The video below will go over exactly what we'll need to see.
Please see the attached photos.The channel portion length is 28" without attachments and has marking on it "27 4 BSI RN". Let me know if any other information is required.

It looks like you have either our S351-28, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-28, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2740.
