2730 Window Balance

Question

Hello, The window balance measures 28" long & 9/16" wide. I would like to order 2 replacements or, if possible, just the clip that connects the balance to the window frame.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for reaching out! The hook on the bottom of the balance is not sold separately, unfortunately. So you wil need to replace the entire balance.

Your balances could be either the S380-28 with a 1" shoe or the S385-28 with a 1-3/32" shoe.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Although, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

You'll need to select the 2730 stamp.
