Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-30 or S390-30, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Tom, Thanks for the advice. I was speaking with my neighbor, he had similar issue a few years ago. However he purchased S385 30".

It appears that the base is closer to 1 1/8".

Please advise the difference between S385 and S390? Thanks

The Series 385 balance has wings on both the top and bottom nylon fitting, while the Series 390 doesn't. In addition to that, the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe while the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe. Those are the only real differences between them.

Since your balance does not have wings on either nylon fitting, and since the depth of the shoe is 1-1/8", the Series 390 would be my official recommendation.
