Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-30 or S390-30 , depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Tom, Thanks for the advice. I was speaking with my neighbor, he had similar issue a few years ago. However he purchased S385 30".

It appears that the base is closer to 1 1/8".

Please advise the difference between S385 and S390 ? Thanks

The Series 385 balance has wings on both the top and bottom nylon fitting, while the Series 390 doesn't. In addition to that, the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe while the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe. Those are the only real differences between them.

Since your balance does not have wings on either nylon fitting, and since the depth of the shoe is 1-1/8", the Series 390 would be my official recommendation.
