I need to replace two #31761A "Truth" rollers, for an Anderson 8' x 8' white plastic sliding window, which looks to be of Canadian Manufacture.
The opening for the roller is 4 1/2" long, 5/8" wide, and a depth of 1 1/2"

I have two of your Model Roller 81-128
...which, of course, won't work.
I could send them back for credit.
But the main thing is to find a match for this #3176A roller.
The rail is worn. Are there replacements for that?

Thanks for contacting us, Reverend. Your roller looks like our 81-018 at first glance, but the tabs on yours have somewhat dramatic bends. I've never seen this before. Please give us a little more time to research this style and whether or not it's something we can supply. I hope to have an answer for you before the week ends one way or the other.
