370-35 spring balance with 3420 stamped on it

I bough two springs balances from you. They work great back I need some more for other windows. The invoice says S370-35, (custom)3420 balance, and there is the number 3420 stamped on it. Is this enough information to order some more?

Thanks for posting. I can't find your old inquiry that showed the specifics of what made this balance, and I'm not sure why this balance was custom made to begin with. We carry the S370-35 balance with a 3420 option as a standard product. Is there anything particularly unique about your original balance?

Not that I know of. It is for a single hung non-tilt 28x36 sash, double pane with internal grids. There is no tempered stamp on the glass so I am guessing it is annealed.

Well, two S370-35 channel balances with a 3420 stamp can hold a window sash weight of 13 through 18 pounds. Otherwise this seems like a standard balance!
