House built 1986 have sliding door when I want to secure them I can put bar from outside.Non sense- inviting thieves and prevent people in their house getting out.
What can be done?

The 80-006 installs inside the house so that it is inaccessible from the outside and allows people inside to lift the bar and exit the door. Would 80-006 work for you?
