Your handle resembles the 82-055K, which takes the 82-310 key cylinder. However, looking at your exterior handle, it looks like it might take the 82-303 key cylinder. Take a look at both options to see if one of them would fit your handle. Also, take a look at the 82-306 exterior handle with a key lock. This handle has different hole locations, which should match your original handle. Thanks for posting.
The diameter of the 82-303 cylinder is approximately 1/2", while the width of the spindle, as it's known in the industry, is approximately 7/32".

If you're referring to the 82-055K discussed in this thread, it can be installed with the handle facing the left or right side of the door. The latch portion is a separate part, so you can install it in either direction to accommodate the door. Please note that we do not carry a dummy version of this handle without the latch portion.
