An all metal version of the 15-040 shoe

Hi

I am trying to fix a window that looks like it is a series 500 non-tilt spiral type but I am running into a small issues. The current spiral balance shoe that is currently on one of the windows looks just like 15-040N but it is made completely out of one piece of metal. I have ordered the 15-040 which is a combination of metal and plastic but they only lasted about the cycles of raising the windows before they fell apart. Is part number 15-040 available in all metal like the original?
