Unfortunately, this operator is no longer made and we won't be able to provide an exact match. With that being said, you could consider using the 39-365 and 39-366, along with a 39-114L handle. We can't make any guarantees and modifications would likely be necessary but see if you could adapt these parts to work in your window. We actually had a customer with the same operator and 11" long arm confirm that they were able to modify the bottom of the window with a router to accept the 39-504 track used with these operators.
