Need help identifying the proper Andersen Window Sash Balance Assembly per the attached photos.

Hey David. It looks like the central clump of numbers in that line of code in the bottom corner of the balance box might read '9p27' or '9p37'. Please confirm; check the other balance box in this window if it's too faded to tell on this one. If so, then use the 24-939. This will replace old Andersen sash balances with either the code 9p27 or 9p37, or simply 927 or 937. Let us know if you have further questions.

Thanks for the quick answer. The stamped code on both of the balances are similar in legibility. So, I'll go with your recommendation. Also, thanks for the video links to help with the removal and reinstallation.
