Anderson Window Counter balance

Question

I need to replace a left and right counter balance for a Anderson window. I need help identifying the correct counter balance on your site. I cant seem to find one that matches the numbers I have.

Left: 11600-17 P81-12L 3-87

Right: 11600-17 P81-12R 3-87

Hi Joel,

For your Andersen balance stamped with P81-12L, you will need the 24-13L replacement. As for the P81-12R stamp, you'll need the 24-13R Andersen sash balance. Take a look and thanks for posting.
