Awning Window Bracket Assembly

Question

A bracket holding the lock assembly bar on an awning window broke. The house is approximately 20 years and the AAMA certification code for the manufacturer is WND-1 which I think is Window 1???  How do I get a replacement part?

Thanks for contacting us! I recommend you have a look at the 38-130 and 38-131 keepers as well as the 39-417 guide. Look over the specifications and see if they match up with what you need for this repair.
