Awning Window Operator

I have to awning window operators that have stopped being able to close the windows; they handle just unscrews as seen in the dissasembled photo. Inside the operator (i think that is what the part that screws into the window on the inside is called) it says "RM JHL /L1". I was unable to find any other markings on the windows, but hopefully there is a swisco part that can be used to replace my broken pieces. The "Backards L" shaped that sits flush with the window is 5 and 3/4 inches tall and 2 and 1/16 inches wide.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see a straight-on photo of the operator's installation hole pattern to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you.
