Awning window scissor and mounting hardware

Hi:

I have two awning windows (window part is 29" wide and 22" high) that I believe were made by Certainteed. They are approximately 13 years old and have no identifying marks or labels on them. Both scissor attachments have broken loose from the base of the window. I'm assuming it would be best to replace the broken attachment brackets that slide into a track at the base of the window, but also to replace the scissor units. I need to know if you can supply parts that are compatible with this setup. Thank you.

Hi Paul, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-239B awning operator to see how it compares to your original. For new pivot slides, take a look at the 39-536.

Also review the 39-375 cover and folding handle if needed. We also carry this operator in the 39-239C stainless steel version. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
