Its still in the window at my daughters house I think it is a MI vinyl window,the Balance has a M 5 on it, this is the good side the other side is broke the die cast part is broke and the nylon is distorted too thanks Ron

Hey Ron. I believe this is either an S161-05 or S210-05 5 pound Coil Balance assembly. To know which is what you need, please remove your old assembly and compare to the dimensions listed below. Also see the video which shows how to remove a slightly different coil balance system from a window as a reference. Let me know if you have further inquiries.
