It looks like it could be a match for our 15-177. If so, you can use this pivot shoe and the Series 152 coil spring. I'd recommend reusing your old spring covers.

Your next step is to compare the design and dimensions we show for this product to your original shoe to verify. You'll also need to choose the proper weight rating for the Series 152 spring; to do this, remove the original spring and reference the number printed on the band. It should be close to the screw hole.
