Balance for a Weather Shield Visions 2000 Single Hung Tilt Window

A home owner from Corpus Christi, Texas says:
The window tilts.

The channel balance stamp has markings "21TG" and "DB 102".

The channel balance is white in color and 22 inches long and ribbed.

The channel balance has a width of 9/16".

The channel balance has a shoe that is blue in color and appears to be like your 15-014.

The window weighs 24.8 pounds.

Which balance do I need to purchase to replace what I have?

Thank You.

Hague

Hi, Hague.

It is possible that you have our S751-22 channel balance with a 21TG stamp and the 15-233 shoe. This configuration isn't a stock item of ours but we can provide this for you via custom order. To confirm, can you remove the shoe that belongs to this balance and show us a picture? Can you also tell me the quantity you'll need? Our minimum for custom orders is 2.

Thank you!

A home owner from Corpus Christi, Texas says:
Emily thank you for the reply. As requested I have taken pictures of the shoe. Do you think it will be close enough to shoe 15-233? I will need four channel balances. Enough for two window units.

Thank you for the additional pictures! This is a huge help. Your shoe actually looks like the 15-014, which comes attached to our Series 751 balance. Since this is a stock options of ours, a custom order won't be necessary. With that said, you can place an order for the S751-22 with the 21TG option on our website at your convenience.

If you have any questions just let us know!

Emily, thank you letting me know what I need to order. You have been very helpful.

Best regards
