I believe these windows are pella new construction from 2021

We have some of these that are in the middle of the window that hold it up when opening that are broken. This is what they look like installed and then outside of the plastic since they are brittle and broke. The numbers on the metal is hard to see.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I can't be sure by seeing only the back of the pivot shoe but this might be the 15-199. Have a look at the specifications and style to see if they match up with your old shoe.

The 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 are the compatible springs. I suspect the width of your old coil spring band is 3/8" but I recommend measuring to confirm. If it is indeed 3/8", see the 15-204 double spring support.

The number 5 stamped on the spring may indicate the weight which could be the S165-5 5-pound spring. However, you can weigh the window sash on a scale and divide the weight by the total number of springs in the window to confirm.
