Balancer is nonoperational.

A home owner from Los Angeles says:

The balancer on this window and several others no longer operate. I believe the balancers need to be replaced. I Cannot determine the brand of the window nor of the balancer. The windows were installed in 2008. They are tilt to clean windows.

Thank you.

Tom

Hey, Tom.

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. This looks like our S751-22 with a 21HD stamp option. We highly suggest removing your old balance to make sure the shoe resembles the one that comes attached to these balances, our 15-014. If it doesn't look the same or if you're unsure, show us a picture of the shoe removed from the window and we can work from there.
