Balances needed

A quick learner from Indiana, USA says:
How do I identify the balances that I need? My windows are double hung silver line purchased around 2009. They are 35 and three-quarter by 66 inch. here are some of the pictures I have taken. I believe it's probably a 29 inch because that's what it measures but it is stamped 28.

Hello!

Your balance assembly appears to match our Series 795. This comes attached with the 15-195 closed cam shoe by default but you have the 15-195B with an open cam so you'll need to purchase this separately and attach it once you receive them. These shoes just pop off and on, it's very easy. Note, you only want to measure the metal channel when it comes to determining length. The stamp on the metal channel will also indicate what spring strength option you'll need.

One last thing to note: the Series 795 installs with a screw tab but if yours installs with a 15-198 hook, this will need to be a custom order.
