Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your cabinet hinge. With that being said, the 32-137, 32-138, or 32-147 might be worth considering since they have a similar orientation. You may need to drill new holes to install them and I cannot guarantee that one of them would work, however, these are our closest replacement options. Take a look and see what you think.
