One bezel fit great on the single latch window but the double latch window they don't. Is there different bezel for certain windows?

I agree that the parts shown in your first photo resemble the 39-290 bezel and 39-291 lock handle that you purchased. Could you confirm if this is the window that you were able to repair or are you still having trouble installing the part and, if so, what exactly is the problem you're having when installing the replacement parts?
Your second photo appears to be showing a sliding glass door. The hardware resembles the 82-268B mortise lock and 82-080 handle set. With that being said, you would need to confirm that the specifications below match up to yours to ensure that these parts will work for your repair. Thank you!
