Bifold Glass Closet Door Handle

This handle is installed between the 2 glass panels/doors in a bifold glass closet door of house built in 1982. When closed, the slim cylinder piece is only thing showing between the 2 glass doors as it is the handle.

The bolt holes are 1 1/2 inch apart.
