We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the numbers of the parts do not identify the correct replacement. We would need to start by seeing undamaged versions of your channel balance and pivot bar removed from the window to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to assist you. 

Thanks for getting back to us. Your photos resemble the 15-167 pivot shoe and 26-402 pivot bar. Take a look at the dimensions below to confirm they match up to yours.

As for the balances, take a look at the Series 770. It looks like a match but see the photos below to confirm. If it's a match, we can provide replacements but it will need to be a custom order due to the 41" and 43" lengths that you require, which we do not carry as stock options. 

I would just like to confirm if you need a total of 14 (41D) balances and 8 (43D) balances or if you are referring to the balances needed for each side, meaning that you would need a total of 28 (41D) and 16 (43D) balances. Once we confirm the quantities that you need, we'll be happy to send over order links and price quotes for you to review.
