Black plastic part

Question

Looking for the black plastic that holds the window arm in place at sill. Also the handles are stripped.

Unforutnately, the black slide piece is not available separately but we do offer the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base. Take a look at the video below and note that both top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced.

As for the operator, it looks like the spline that the handle attaches to has broken off of the base. Unfortunately, that means that the entire operator will need to be replaced. Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-330 shown below to your assembly. Also, note that the 39-232 handle is used with this assembly. Thank you!
