I have about 10 windows that will not stay up.
I believe I need to replace the block & tackle mechanism?????? Been watching your videos.
Letters/numbers Unique 27-0-40
Any other information I would need to have when I order?

It sounds like you might be looking for replacement channel balances, which we should be able to supply but we'll need to see a photo of your balance removed from the window. Thank you!

That would be our 26-431P tilt latch with a locking device.
