This might be an S770-35. The standard version of this tilt window channel balance attaches to the top of the window jamb with a screw. Look it over and see if you think this matches what you need.

Thanks for your quick response. It looks like a good match however I'm comparing mine which is completely broken and disassembled. I'm ready to order 4 but a bit concerned about a slight possibility that it might not fit. What is your return policy including shipping costs in the event that I may need to reorder a replacement?

See our Return Policy here. I highly advise checking an undamaged balance, perhaps from an identical window in the house, if you want to be sure. If the width and length of the metal channel is the same, and if that 15-043 Clip was meant to attach to a pivot shoe in the window, then this is a Series 770 no doubt. Again, the other thing to make sure is you confirm how your balance attaches at the top of the track.
