Broken coil/shoe mechanism

Good morning! I reverse image searched a part from my window and was led to this site. I need help identifying the part I need to order and I'm crossing my fingers I can fix this myself. I don't know the weight of the window, but the glass pane is 26 1/4" wide by 25 7/8" tall not counting the glass that is inside the frame. I'll attach an image of the part.

Hello,

It looks like you may have an old-style version of the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. We also offer the 15-186 support for these coil springs. Take a look at the specifications and related items shown on our product pages to compare to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
