It appears that your operator has a rear mount application. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-477 or the 39-023 to see how they compare to your original. These operators are compatible with the 39-114L handle. 

It does appear that your arm has an offset, while ours do not. Unfortunately we cannot supply a direct match. 

Take a look and let me know if you see any discrepancies.
