Broken shoe on track

The shoe has a metal post that comes out of it that goes into the window itself. It rotates to allow the window to tilt in. Need either a replacement shoe or the whole track.

Please see our Series 795 channel balance. I think this could be a good replacement for your hardware.

what about the metal piece that comes out of the shoe? I don't see that on the webpage for a series 795. is that the pivot bar that you buy separately?

It sounds like you're describing the pivot bar, yes. It is sold separately. I do not know what you have, since the Series 795 can work with many different pivot bars; it would depend more on your sash. You could start by looking at our 26-021, but the only way to be sure is to see a picture of your pivot bar. I would also need your measurements.
