CHANNEL BALANCE

A contractor from collierville, tn says:
I have a 28" long channel balance with the T-lock pivot shoe 15-216 attached to the end. This balance is the closest match I can find but it does not have the curved clip on the end to attach to the pivot shoe. Is this a custom balance?

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your balance's configuration would indeed need to be a custom order. To assemble your replacements, we'll use the S770-28 with a 28B stamp and swap out the bottom terminal clip for our 15-170. If this sounds good to you, let me know the number of balances you're looking to order and I can draft a price quote. 

Your pivot shoe looks like a better match for our 15-169 but review the specifications and see what you think.
