Good afternoon, and thanks for posting! With a winged top attachment and non-winged bottom attachment, I'm afraid that your balance does not match any of our standard Series. It will have to be custom made. Before we can begin, though, can you first tell me what the number printed on the metal channel reads? This will tell us what option you need, and should be the last step. Thank you!

Thanks, Steve! Take a look at the S395-24 with the 2330 option. This balance should be a perfect match for the old window balance you are replacing.
