Hi there,

The button that the handle sits on broke, so the customer needs a whole new crank.
I am having trouble identifying without seeing the entire crank. Can someone please help! Thank you!

Hello!

It's hard to say what you have from this angle. Can you show us more of a birds-eye-view of the operator with the window open?

Thank you!

Hi there, I emailed with new photos and haven't heard back, so if you could please take a look at these photos and let me know which crank this is.

Hello! I'm afraid we've never received your email; this is our first time hearing from you since your initial post on the 18th of November. I'm sorry about that!

Take a look at our 39-220B and 39-221B operators. Compare our dimensions to yours to see if this matches up to your original assembly.
