Caldwell Window Channel Balance "26 2 IQ Caldwell" stamped on side.

Question

Hello,

I'm trying to replace this part, I believe it might be a Swisco Series 385??

The depth of the bottom shoe is longer than 1"
The length of the balance is 27"

Would the product code be: S385-27 (27" Series 385 Channel Balance)

Also what would the "option" be when I'm ordering? It lists from 2610-2670 (increasing by 10 for each "option")

Thanks for posting, Simon. The shoe depth does look greater than 1". If so, then yes, this is an S385-27 Channel Balance. As far as the stamp option goes, your old balance had a stamp of 26-2. This correlates with our stamp option of 2620, which denotes a balance that can support a window sash in the weight range of 9 through 13 pounds. Let me know if you have further questions.
