Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your Stanley window balance can be replaced with our S765-27 Channel Balance which is assembled with a screw clip on top and a pivot shoe hook attached to the bottom. You'll need to select the 26-3 option.

Your exact pivot shoe is no longer made but our 15-046 should work well as a suitable alternative. You'll need to be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions to confirm. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040 Pivot Bar.

The pivot bar is installed to the bottom of the sash. It is the piece of hardware that engages which the plastic cam at the bottom of the shoe and allows the window to tilt forward. There is a chance your existing pivot bar may not be compatible with the shoe recommended to you.

I hope this helps!
