Can I use the 26-188W to replace the 26-078 and 26-079?

Hi, it seems that 26-078 and 26-079 tilt latches would replace the current ones I have.

However, I am tired of them breaking all the time.

The 26-188W seems to have the same exact dimensions but made of metal. Of to use 26-188W instead of 26-078?
