We need a Caradco window crank that is 13 1/2". Do you have these? Am I measuring it right, I went by your drawing of how to measure. We bought these windows in early 1970's.
THanks

Can you submit a picture of how you measured your window crank?

I will do that within the next couple of days. Thanks for your prompt reply.

Here is the picture you requested. I measured from the ratchet inside to the end of the shaft.

I can't quite see the details in this photo, but you may want to take a look at the 39-013 Casement Window Operator.

I'm assuming the crank is not part of the 39-013 assembly. Will my old crank work?

Are you referring to a "crank handle"? Something like the 39-205 Folding Crank Handle, 11/32"?

No, I'm referring to the crank handle that is on my old set. It is the handle that you use to crank out your window, not the mechanism. The crank is on the inside of the window not outside.

How about the 39-114L crank handles?

Thank you for your reply. We received your 39-013 Casement Window Operator and it fits perfectly and our old crank handle fits on it OK.
Thanks for your help.
