Take a look at our 39-156 and 39-032 operators and see which one could work for you based on how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!

My casement windows are 26 years old by Sierra Pacific. I need to replace the operator mechanism. I've attached a photo of mine for reference. I believe part 39-155 is the right replacement part. Can you confirm?

I cannot confirm what you have based on these photos, unfortunately. I can only see the base, which is a design shared by many, many different Truth brand operators. In order to narrow it down further, I would require a picture of the operator removed from the window, as shown above.
