I need to replace the right casement Window Operator which pairs with the pictured OP05-7500-00 left casement window operator and the 2 cranks in the 2nd photo

Your assembly looks like a match for the 39-341 and 39-342 Roto operators which use the 39-232 folding handle. Review the specifications and see what you think.
