Casement window hinge

Handy Person from
Hello, I have a 4 bar style casement window hinge with the numbers 81706 & 30564 stamped on it. On the hinge side, the catch comes to a point where the hinge seats in the closed position. It is not the style with the 45 degree angle- if that makes sense... Happy to send pics if that helps.

Thank you,

Chris

Hey Chris. I've listed our 4-bar hinge sets which have been associated with those codes in the past. Without knowing the dimensions of your old hinge set I can't say if any of these match what you have, nor am I sure if they meet your description about how the hinge arm seats. I recommend looking over these options, and if none seem right, please send pictures of your existing hinge set so I can try and find something better.

Hi Bob, thank you for the reply. Attached is a pic of my hinge, 12" long and ~9/16" high and 3/4" wide track.

Doesn't look like any of the options you shared are the same 2 point slider attachment style.

Thanks for the picture. OK, I see what you mean now. We used to carry a hinge with that two-point connection, but we discontinued some time ago and I don't believe it's made any longer. Our 36-022HD is the closest match--I can't be entirely certain it will work, but we've used it to replace hinges like yours in the past without issue--this will vary from window to window however. If you try the 36-022HD, be sure to replace both hinges in the window. Let me know if you have further questions.
